• Postage & Returns

    La Bella Boutique’s online purchases are sent via Australia Post. We will dispatch your order within 48 hours during the week or first thing Monday morning if your order is placed over the weekend.

    How much will postage cost?

    Our shipping is $5.50 on orders under $300, and FREE on all orders over $300 Australia Wide. Express Post is $11. Free pick up in Store only.

    Can I track my order?

    We will track your orders and if there are any problems we will locate your parcel

    Delivery Times:

    Deliveries will usually arrive within:

    • 4 – 7 business days (VIC and NSW)
    • 7 – 9 business days (TAS, SA and QLD)
    • 9 – 12 business days (NT)

    Please note: Parcels cannot be left at the address if they do not fit in your letterbox and there is no one there to collect. To ensure you can collect your parcel, it is best to have it delivered to your daytime address.

    Refunds and Exchanges

    Thank you for shopping with La Bella Boutique’s online store – we hope you enjoyed your shopping experience! We recommend you try on your new clothes carefully as soon as they arrive so you have time to return them if you need to. You will need to let us know within 7 days of receipt of your goods if you wish to return or exchange your purchase.

    • La Bella Boutique will exchange garments that are faulty. (We always check garments thoroughly before we send them out).
    • No returns or exchanges on Sale items, unless faulty.
    • All returns must be unworn; in original condition; with labels/tags attached.
    • La Bella Boutique must be notified of returns by telephone within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • All returns must be sent via registered post and posted within 7 days of receiving them.
    • We can provide a Store Credit Note or a Refund for any items returned (to Credit Card), less postage.
    • The refund amount is the total paid, less postage.

    Redeeming Store Credit

    A credit note will be supplied upon return of the garment. All credit notes must be manually processed. You can use your store credit via an emailed order to info@labellaboutique.net.au, including your credit note number, Name, delivery details and the garments you wish to purchase
